To Whom It May Concern Mail is the only form of long-distance communication Achylls has. But because of its elevated location, mail from places other than Sion takes at least a month to receive. Magicked mail is not recommended, as it can easily be intercepted by psychics.

Palace Within the walls of Achylls an ebony castle sits. Built from the black ores found only in the Dharian desert, the palace gleams with a brooding splendor. Residing here is the Queen and King of Achylls, with other nobles housing nearby.

Crimson Woods Named after the unchanging, scarlet hued leaves that adorn the dark blue colored trees. Towering and majestic, these woods are dangerous and eerily enchanting. Luscious, raven lawns decorate the ground, yet not a trace of woodland creature or plant is ever present, save for a few small patches of violet and white flowers. To tread upon this land, is to enter at your own risk as the trees will kill you. Be wary.

The Houses This is an overly large estate where all the nobles that reside in Achylls live. Built specifically to house all of them and to provide their necessary needs, with plenty of lakes and woodland for them to use privately, this is an obvious scheme of the Queen's to allow her to keep an eye on her subjects. There are plenty of secret tunnels and countless of spies scattered everywhere.

Dancing Satyr An establishment outside of the castle walls, this is a place constantly filled with laughter and music. This tavern is located just near the edge of Grphyon Woods, but close to the roads so travellers are near enough to see its welcoming lights. Iron, gothic windows are located on all sides, with a sturdy, wooden door with a hidden peephole and an iron, door knocker. A grinning, red satry is painted on its swinging sign, the tavern seems to be a jovial, but rough place. Just be careful to behave, the keeper does not tolerate ill-company.

Botanic Zoo
A rather simple red-brick building, it is more of a teaching faucility for both professors and students than an zoo. Visiting hours are limited and arranged, but it is normal to see people milling past the classrooms, observing the scientists at their work. There is one area, located off campus, where people can view the normal and exotic animals. It is a large open space, a groomed natural enviorment with signs directing which place contains what animal, and a brief history about them. There is also a green house that contain all sorts of plants. These exhibits are considered dangerous since the creatures are free to roam in their environment, acting as natural as if they were back home. Of course, engorging humans are forbidden, but it has happened. That is why it is recommended parents hold on tightly to their children, and to go in pairs. You have been warned.

The Roost
It seems like any ordinary inn, well-kept and dignified, except for the suspicious dark green rooster imprinted on its swinging sign. Even the owner seems to be a good man. And he is, just, he also happens to house the thieves' headquarters. In his inn, there is a secret door that is always locked, with only one key which the thief lord has. The only other way to get in is if know the password. And even that changes with each moon. Through that door is a long, narrow staircase that leads all the way down to a small room. In that room are many doors, leading to many places. Only the thieves know which door leads to what, it is even said that some of the nobles know it!

Red Grove In the center of the village, a red, wooden building sits. The building has black shingles, a black door, and black picket fences. Surrounding the building is a large green lawn, dotted with red poppies. Save the poppies and grass,no other plants are grown here. This is where the commoners meet and decide on private and public matters. Their decisions are more local and rarely concern with nobles. This is also the courtroom, with one red-robed judge and five black-robed juries. On rare occasions the King or Queen would attend or even participate on these matters; just to make sure things were fair. Usually the nobles would leave them be.
